We want to keep this outing fun and safe. As an annual event, it is a successful one because we rely heavily on the responsibility and good judgment of the individual owners. For everyone's safety, all attendees must abide by the following rules:
- Your dog MUST BE well-behaved and good around children and other dogs. Any aggressive dogs will not be tolerated and may be asked to leave.
- "Poop and scoop" is in effect in ALL areas of the park!!
- DO NOT bring your dog if he/she is ill or not feeling well. Not only will your dog be stressed and could potentially get worse but you don't want to be the cause of a disease outbreak at this FUN event!
- DO NOT bring your female if she is in heat. We do not need any accidental breedings!
- Dogs must remain under reasonable control at all times. Please come prepared, if for any reason you need to contain your dog - whether it's a crate, pen, car or leash, it's up to you.
- Owners are fully responsible for their dogs at all times. This means you MUST supervise your dogs at all times.
- For your safety and the safety of others, your dog must be current on rabies vaccinations and vaccinations for other illnesses as recommended by your veterinarian.
- A waiver form must be completed and signed by the owner prior to the picnic.
- Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Please be responsible for your children.
- NO PARKING ON THE GRASS! The park facility has asked that no one park their cars or drive on the grass. Do not let your dogs dig - any dug holes must be covered back up. The facility operators have worked hard to keep this park nice, we want to keep it that way!
- Please be courteous to other people and other dogs and HAVE FUN!
